PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

This document sets forth the terms and conditions of use of the Service offered by Clovr Labs S.L. (hereinafter, "TREDLY").

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

3.1. Main Purpose

TREDLY is an artificial intelligence-powered productivity technology platform (hereinafter, the "Platform" or the "Service") designed to unify and manage various digital work environments in a centralized manner. The Service acts as an intelligence layer (Omnilayer) that enables the User to interact with their communication, storage, and project management tools (such as Gmail, Slack, Google Drive, and Notion) from a single, streamlined interface, optimizing information retrieval and cross-functional task execution.

3.2. Service Features

The Service comprises, in an illustrative but non-exhaustive manner, the following functions:

  • Data Source Aggregation (Smart Inbox & Knowledge Base): Synchronized, centralized viewing of emails, documents, and databases from third-party providers.
  • Artificial Intelligence Assistant (AI Agent): A tool based on natural language processing capable of performing semantic searches, summarizing conversation threads, locating specific files, and drafting response suggestions based on the context of the User's workflow.
  • Integrated Control Center (Command Center): Ability to execute commands and queries across the User's entire work ecosystem, primarily through integration with the Slack platform.
  • Metadata Indexing: Secure processing of headers, senders, timestamps, and titles to facilitate immediate information retrieval without the need for manual navigation between tabs.

3.3. Access Modes and Use

Access to the Service is achieved through linking third-party provider accounts (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.) through secure authorization protocols (OAuth or similar).

  • Professional/Team Use: Intended for organizations that integrate the TREDLY bot into their corporate channels.
  • Individual/Guest Use: Restricted or occasional access through specific links for managing specific workflows.

3.4. Nature and Limitations of the Service

  • Technological Intermediation: TREDLY functions exclusively as an operational management and efficiency tool. It does not substitute or replace the original email or storage service providers (such as Gmail or Notion), which continue to be governed by their own terms of service.
  • Dependence on Third Parties: The availability of TREDLY's functionalities depends strictly on the operability of third-party APIs and services. TREDLY is not responsible for disruptions arising from failures in such external platforms.
  • AI Results: Responses and content generated by the AI assistant are suggestions based on existing data. The User alone is responsible for reviewing and validating any information, draft, or action executed through the Service prior to final sending or publication.

ACCESS AND USE CONDITIONS

The User commits to making diligent and lawful use of the Service, in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the provisions of these terms. In particular, the User shall refrain from:

  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
  • Introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical system that could cause damage to TREDLY's systems, its providers, or third parties.
  • Attempting to access and, where applicable, use other users' accounts to manipulate their data.
